5. Timeline & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates. Rush delivery (reducing timeline by 50%) may incur a 25-50% rush fee. Delays caused by client feedback or approval delays may extend the timeline without additional charges.

6. Support & Maintenance

Basic support is included during the project period. Extended support beyond the included period is available at $199-499/month depending on the plan. This includes bug fixes, updates, and technical assistance.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all custom code and design created specifically for your project becomes your property. We retain the right to use the work as a portfolio case study (with your permission).

8. Limitation of Liability

Quantum Bits I T Solutions is not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

9. Modifications to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of these terms.
